Healing for People Leaving, People Hurting, and People Becoming.

You might find yourself at a turning point: wanting to leave a relationship, step away from a community, or simply move out of old patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you’ve carried wounds from places that were supposed to be safe, or you’ve struggled to set boundaries that protect your well-being. I believe healing begins when you can reconnect with your true Self, the part of you that is wise, resilient, and ready to grow. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to carry it all alone.

I work with adults and couples from a trauma-informed approach, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). These models help us explore the protective parts of you with compassion, uncover the emotions that have felt too hard to face, and open space for new experiences of safety, joy, and empowerment. My goal is not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you live in alignment with your deepest values and sense of Self.

Many of the people I work with are:

  • Leaving or reshaping long-term relationships
  • Struggling with repeating unhealthy dynamics
  • Recovering from hurt within religious or high-control groups
  • At a crossroads, unsure of which path to take

If any of that resonates with you, know this: change is possible. You are not broken. You are becoming. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can explore, heal, and move toward a life of confidence, joy, and agency.
